I am Namhun Kim, a M.S. student in the Graduate School of Artificial Intelligence at Pohang University of Science and Technology, where I work under the guidance of Prof. Suha Kwak.

My research focuses on representation learning using state-space models, with a particular emphasis on computer vision. I currently study the use of 2D and video-adapted SSMs for effective visual modeling, and have designed image tokenizers that compress visual inputs into compact latent codes to enable efficient diffusion-based generation and reconstruction.
